What makes a good idea work in practice?

I'm a Harvard MBA student with six years of experience across investing, strategy, and operations at Credit Suisse and TPG, including a strategy externship at A-Gas, a TPG portfolio company. I'm interested in corporate and product strategy, partnerships, and go-to-market in technology.

About me

At TPG, I enjoyed working with senior stakeholders and understanding how they thought about their businesses: what customers needed, where growth could come from and what held it back, and how to weigh competing priorities. Investing let me explore those questions across companies and industries.

During my externship at A-Gas, I put those ideas into practice, working across teams to build tools, rethink pricing, and develop growth plans. I particularly enjoyed bringing different perspectives together and translating analysis into decisions and action. After my MBA, I want to bring that experience to a long-term operating role, helping a high-impact company grow and better serve its customers.

Operational & Strategic Impact

Product launch

Building an AI pricing tool

A-Gas | Chief of Staff to CEO, Americas

Procurement pricing relied on a manual process that slowed high-volume bids. I led the build-out of an AI/ML tool that translated nine qualitative variables into a pricing model with a minimum-margin constraint.

I secured global CEO and board support through regular business-case reviews and coordinated commercial, TPG operations, and Salesforce teams to launch a pilot.

Result

Pilot launched across five sales districts, with model calibration underway ahead of a planned US-wide rollout.

Pricing strategy

Rethinking a $180M+ contract bid

A-Gas | Chief of Staff to CEO, Americas

A $180M+ government customer contract was up for re-bid. I owned the repricing work, bringing together a cross-functional team across sales, operations, and finance to rebuild the approach and protect margins against cost inflation and changing regulation, demonstrating that the prior bid pricing approach risked $10M+ in losses.

RESULT
  • Protected against $10M+ in potential losses
  • Reframed contract pricing strategy
Market entry

Building a new market entry strategy

A-Gas | Chief of Staff to CEO, Americas

I mapped a market opportunity, prioritized customer sub-segments, and partnered with TPG's AI team to create an interactive market map. I worked with the Head of Business Development to create the entry strategy and supporting business case for leadership and the board. I also identified gaps in how A-Gas tracked customer data by industry, and flagged the changes needed to measure progress and guide the strategy's rollout.

RESULT

Supported a new market entry strategy with $15M+ in potential annual earnings

Corporate partnerships

Deepening corporate partnerships

TPG Rise Climate | Rise Corporate Coalition

I led engagement with the Rise Corporate Coalition, connecting approximately 30 corporate investors with TPG's portfolio companies to explore commercial partnerships.

I shaped programming around members' business challenges, including how to integrate new technologies into their supply chains, and brought senior executives together to pursue deals.

Result

3+ commercial and investment deals from coalition relationships. 6 events with 100–200+ executives each.

Key Project

Automating HBS

I automated the admin of business school with AI agents, then built a website that teaches my classmates to do the same.

Building my own tools

Life gets busy at HBS, so I handed the recurring admin to AI agents: a daily study bot that pulls cases from Canvas, and a Chief of Staff web app that brings my classes, Canvas deadlines, recruiting, email and class participation into one page with a built-in agent.

The Chief of Staff console on sample data: a week calendar of classes and events, an AI agent chat box, recruiting events and priority email.

Helping classmates build their own

I then built a guide so classmates can set up their own, written for people who have never used a terminal. They can start with a no-code daily study bot (under 15 minutes), set up a no-code version of the web app (about 15 minutes), or build the full app in Claude Code (two to three hours).

The guide's home page, Tips & Tricks to Automate Your HBS Experience, offering a daily study bot and a Chief of Staff web app.
